Does anyone know this POE....?

Just wondering if anybody was familiar with this 90. I saw it on ebay awhile back....it seems priced a little high to me for the mileage and more importantly the RUST...Just looking for some advice....and for my first D90...

Yeah, from those pics it doesn't look all that rusty. There was likely surface rust on that rear crossmember before they painted over it (and the screws) with Rustoleum or the like, but at least no holes or anything. The rear tire carrier appears to have rusted from tthe inside out (normal), but the front bumper and brushguard look pretty good from the pics.

Things to note are that yes there are plenty of pics, but none of the door bottoms, frame, footwells/bulkhead, fuel tank, etc. Request more pics if you're interested.
