Had a Borla for 17 years on my toy. Looked brand new except the discolouration due to heat. They earned my loyalty.

I wanted to put Borlas under my RR but they were discontinued. They still had some singles in stock but I wanted duals.

Went back to stock.

I have NRP under the Disco.

I don't believe so. Isn't NRP a brand Rovers North made up? I assume they're made in the UK. Who makes them? Janspeed? They look awfully similar... RPi Engineering - V8 Engine - Exhaust

Borlas under the P38? When? I did mine two years ago. I went from single to dual. I like symmetry :-) Auto anything had them. I guess I got my just-in-time.

I don't know. I heard it somewhere, and then I read it somewhere, but I don't know it for sure.

I think we are both right according to LRO, for whatever that's worth ;-)

I think that's pretty unlikely. I think it's much more likely they've rebranded a product from the UK.

Northwest Rover Performance of McMinnville, Oregon? I agree, it does sound rather unassuming ;-)

Where are they made? Is NRP a UK company? Or is it really Northwest Rover Performance of McMinnville?

NRP was an Oregon company making Land Rover exhausts. Now RN owns them.

Looks like you're right David. Are they still made in Oregon? Seems odd they would ship them across the country to sell them.

Yes, still made in Oregon. We stock a good amount of all of the exhausts, but if we do not have something in stock and the customer is out west, we'll drop ship direct from them.

Thanks for the info Zack. Next time I'll buy an NRP exhaust. I like supporting local Oregon businesses. And of course a Vermont business. Home of our favorite senator.

Can NRP do custom work? I still need to have my headers connected to the muffler I bought. Or can you obtain the factory specs to have them make a 2.8i exhaust?

I will get in contact with them and see. I wanted to have them do a Y pipe for my D2 but they needed to have a D2 there for a couple weeks to look at.

So first off, Borla can do the run with the 10 or 11 that have committed. The price will still be $782 + shipping.

Second, they are doubting the fixtures they have will fit perfectly and want a 90 to test fit and find the perfect fit. Is anybody close to Johnson City, Tennessee that would be willing to let Borla test fit an exhaust? This could turn out to be better than the original version we all know well.

Okay, I could drop my 90 there when I get it back together. With 2.8s being imported into Canada maybe it'd be a good product to add to RN's lineup. Someone's gotta have a D2 nearby too.

RBBailey has a D2 an hour from there, but I'm sure there must be someone closer.
