Designated Hitter

There seems to be a few threads as of late pitting the wacko progressives against the right wing nut jobs. So I thought we needed a subject we could all agree on.

The designated hitter rule is stupid!!! It takes much strategy out of the game and goes against all that is good in the game of baseball. I say it should be gotten rid of and lets go back to the days when a pitcher had to hit.

You must be some kind of whack-job.

Next thing you'll suggest raising the pitcher's mound back to pre-69 height of 15".
