Designa chassis

Anyone have good luck with them. Reviews all seem to be good but....

I've been trying to order a chassis for weeks now. Got some emails back with pricing but never a shipping quote. Finally got a calling card and for 2-3 days have been trying to get in touch with someone to no avail. Only guy that did pick up said call back for Iain in an hour. Well I did that for 5 hours each time he said call back later

Don't doubt they are swamped and people on holiday. Just want to make sure I should be trying this hard to give them my money

Sounds like par for the course when dealing with most any UK shop.

Unless you are looking for some customization what's wrong with getting one from a U.S. Vendor?

Could be worse ... You could be trying to buy from a French shop ...

just call say ' can you give me Iain's mobile number ... It's about his car ... I think I might have scratched it ... And now fluid is pissing out underneath ...

I'm sure that will get you the attention you want!

There's no them. It's Iain.
Actually I had good luck catching up to him back when I was dealing with him.

Looking to get a series chassis for a cool suspension. As far as I know they are the only ones that have that out the box new

Starting to lose my patience here. Going on 20+ weeks and nothing has shipped. Was quoted 10-12, and told multiple times since November it would be done and shipped in the " next couple of days"

Chassis was paid in full and shipping and insurance

Can't say I'm very happy at this point and very close to asking for a refund. Anyone else have similar experiences with these guys? I know iain is a one man band and all but this is absurd.

I don't want right away. I don't think 10-12 weeks is right away. I just want a response, and when I finally get one I'd like it to not be bullshit

I didn't but that's a good idea. Although I don't even know when the chassis will be done if ever.
