When I took that picture the truck was here in CT sitting in a business lot for almost 10 days without moving. I inquired about it and the owner of the business said he had no idea why it was there and no idea who owned it.

I went back the other day after I noticed it was gone and the business owner said that it was just towed away. It was broken down and was now on its way to a classic car gallery for repairs.

No doubt. The guy that kept calling me all summer from the shop on Nantucket had no clue what he was doing trying to get the truck running. I'm sure he screwed it up royally.
Too bad, that truck has the 4.6 and goes like a rocket for a 110.

Such a shame...it is one hell of a beauty. I was secretly hoping it would be abandoned, at which point I would have had it towed to my house

Doubt it. The lady loves it last time I spoke to her. Her husband has no use for it however. Go figure. It was on island at Thanksgiving, then left for Ct. as it usually does.

Anyone know what happened to Dougs truck? I rode in it up to Mt Whitney with Doug a few years ago to climb the East Buttress with him. That truck was top notch and handled like a sports car. Sure miss Doug

His 16 year old son drives it to high school. I think both his sons are on here.

He passed away not that long ago. The family is keeping his 110 and his youngest son gets to drive it.

I just got back from seeing the latest Mission impossible. In the movie there is a white D90 which looks to NAS. It has the removable fiberglass roof on. I think it was either a 95 or a 97 because it has the round tail lights.

I saw these two in Playa Carillo and Playa Samara Costa Rica yesterday. The Blue/White TD5 SW I might by for our Family place down here so I don't have to rent cars anymore. I am lso meeting with a friend today who drives a TD5 Double Cab that he keeps at his farm close to the beach. I might as well plug our place. Come down and visit some time. www.lvcostarica.com

Pretty sure that was me on Glenwood. I waved back, you might not have seen from the sun. Sold the Rockware, that was an ARB and Tickford. Nice, clean looking Range Rover by the way. Just put new shoes on our 2006 so ready for some rocks and winter.
