story with the 110 nas at rover special vehicles is it was a rhode island beach truck with the requisite rust. Elderly gentleman commissions a frame swap and some other work and then dies.. they get the truck to settle the bill. Don't understand why they don't fix it up.

I saw that truck when I was in RI. It appeared to be staged and left as a billboard of sorts. Does make you wonder why they don't fix it up, but I can tell you it was a total rust bucket.

Saw an unbelievable white '97 ST in McLean that appeared to have a Wolf Fab ladder/basket.. Jonathan, does that make any sense? I'd take a pic, but this location would end up being way too stalkerish.

Steve:

Definitely a soft-top? I've got a buddy that owns a RIDICULOUSLY clean 90 (below), but it's a hard top. And I think he is in that same area...

Spotted this sweet white DC100 today! Wow, someone must have really jumped through some hoops to get this thing in the country, don't know how it got through customs. Must be one of those darn vin swaps that everyone is talking about?

Pulled up next to him in my 110, and he looked at me with a total blank stare. Up close realized he even took it a step further and switched out his "Land Rover" badges for some anagram of the letters K, I, and A? The lengths some people will go through to get these things in the country...

Well done! You must live in an upscale neighborhood. All I see around these parts are Korean cars.

We have one of those at the Jack Wills store in Georgetown too. The store managers from the UK park it next to my NAS 90. Horrible colors, but I think its a 200TdI.
