That was Pierre...he ended up with Greg's ("Bozman") rack after I missed it with him the first time. Then I somehow overlooked that rack when Pierre posted it for sale...and therefore missed it a second time. The rack is on it's way to a new home with Jon ("Stormer") in CT - so I've already put in a note to Jon (who I know) to put dibs on it if he ever parts with it. Long saga for a simple rack .

Saw a green (maybe black) 90 heading down Ocean Blvd in the Deal, NJ area yesterday. Had the white 90 with a surfboard hanging out the back coming back from watching my kids surf and boogie board. Didn't get a good look at the the green one but had 3 or 4 dudes that looked like they were having fun time. I did noticed the mesh stuff on the back sections - thought it might have been Josh/Horsey's rig.

Tommy @ Foriegn Cars in Fair Haven had a pair of 109's in the driveway this morning when I dropped off my wife's Merc. One had a camo paint and no roof and the other was a RHD SW that looked like a driving restoration. Both really cool. With all the older Landy's that I see, you'd think we would have a little group thing going on but I never see any of the owners.

The "rolling resto" is mine, rolling resto has been going on for 5yrs or so now. I put a new carb on there and couldnt get it tuned right, so I sent it to them. So far they are not able to get it in range for the emission test. Think I might have to break down and go historic plates.

Saw two rovers myself yesterday while driving up ocean ave/36 to Sandy Hook, between 3 and 4pm. Both were in the sea bright area. One was D90 green w/white roof, parallel parked. and the other was a D110 blue with white top parked in front a beach club just north of sea bright/rumson bridge. Both looked to be in very nice condition.

Nope wasn't me, but the gf and I were saying we should head down that way one of these weekends for the day or something, and if so we should meet up for an hour or something.

Too cool. I love the 109! I figured the owner knew some stuff with things like the tall KM2s and the Badger sticker. My 90 is like a "rolling resto" - people will look at me all weird when I drive it around with a seat or various other parts missing or hanging off, haha. I'm surprised they can't get the carb sorted - has the older guy with the beard and glasses been on it? He seems like he handles all the tricky stuff.

One of these days we will cross paths. Surprised you didn't see my 90 parked on the street near the beach club yesterday. I'm pretty sure that D110 resides in Fair Haven - diesel powered and nice looking truck but I haven't had a close look yet. That reminds me - I saw a blue 110 SW on a flat bed on Saturday near the parkway going towards Red Bank - I thought it was that truck but I could have sworn I saw a Euro tag on the back of it.

I was working on not killing people cause of the stupidity the average driver/bene shows w/a multiplying effect going for how more expensive the car is.

Yeah, LMK if you guys come down. Would be cool to meet up at one of the local spots. The beach has been good.

Yeah, I'm sure you saw plenty of it going down Ocean Blvd yesterday. I was going mad with the Benny mentality.

Saw the military S2 109 in front of the mechanic in fair haven nj yesterday, looked pretty cool, had historic plates. While driving my finally passed emissions battle wagon I drove past 3 D90s all on 36 while I was heading to sandy hook.

First one was green with just the cage and door tops w/ranglier nets and maybe a half tonneau top, white guy with brown hair heading west on the eatontown section across from the mall. Honked my horn but being british he may not have heard it.

Second one was black w/full cage, no top and women in the passenger seat w/kids in the back heading south on 36 in the Monmouth Beach section of 36. Waved to him and made eye contact and he waved back, white guy with cueball'do.

Third was the red 90 with a massive front bumper that I have seen before once with a for sale sign on it. Full cage with no top and was driving south on 36 in sea bright section just north of the rumson bridge.

Headed down to Saratoga Springs NY (yes, a day early for the Adirondack HH I realize - but I had a friend I was meeting up with anyhow). Hit a joint called "The Local", and much to my surprise I spotted around back a 110...nice lift, desirable 4-door removable tops - could make a nice ragtop for someone. Never seen the truck around these parts before.

We can stalk this truck tomorrow evening at the Adirondack HH for those with interest...

I think I've seen this truck over in Reston, in the parking lot across from the Mircosoft office.

I saw a blue Defender 90 station wagon with white hardtop and clamp-on roof rack driving north on 7100 yesterday evening past Sunrise Valley Drive. What a pleasant surprise...it was perhaps around 7:30pm?

No NAS cage.
