I saw the Pinz up close last month - it was perfect. Sweet rig and different from the typical Jeep/Rover everywhere.

I found my first 90 in a Hemmings catalog I bought at a newsstand. The seller was in northern California, was an older guy and had to mail me pictures. It was 1997 and he'd bought it in 94 not knowing he couldn't tow it behind his RV. It had 4K miles and cost $24K.

I just saw a white SW going down Manhattan ave in Greenpoint. They must have been from out of town since they don't have Boosts.

Just spent 6 days in and around DC/Bethesda/noVa and didn't see a single a single defender/series. Only 2 GWagons. I'm disappointed.

1989, 2.5, 130K miles.
Might be a road trip to purchase this on Friday, pending bulkhead, floor, and rear crossmember pics. Bulkhead and floor have to be decent, rear crossmember is an easy bargaining point.

What I like about Europe is that a 25y/o Defender is just an old truck. Unless the seller smells USD, then this would be a 25K ask.

Hard to tell but that looks like a Santana to me.

That's bad luck. I was there over the weekend and saw 2. A black ST driving down 66 from DC. Plates DJ 8179.

Then I saw this 97 SW outside Jackson's in Reston VA

It IS a Santana. Zack can confirm. Has leaf springs so more like a series truck than a Defender.
