No, because you are not importing into the USA. However you must ship across border before taking possession.

Into Tacoma because Vancouver is not a RORO port....

Ah that makes sense. I've heard vancouver is particularly expensive port to ship to so I'm keeping my ear to the ground for anything to save costs for when i order my chassis.
In this case it probably wouldn't save me any money.

Arde Motors here in Nashville has a yellow 95 they're asking $69k for... They've had it for a while. Another dealer had a red ST listed for $59k, but told me they'd take 45.

Not one word from you guys on DHS (parent org of Customs) driving around in Pumas?

Paging Will H. FOIA to get details of sale and see if the trucks are legally updated with impact, airbags, etc.

Or just a deep search of FedBizOps site, etc.

They will crush your freaking truck, then buy their own?

Arrogance.

Camel Trophy (clone?) D1 spotted at Greenville Maserati dealer. Seems to have replaced the G4 DII that was there previously, my first time seeing it

Kevin, it is an authentic Camel Trophy Discovery. Dr. Frasher (the dealership owner) imported it sometime prior to when I worked for him, way back in 2001. It has most likely been up at the Land Rover Asheville Centre until now (which he also owns).

Do you remember which dealership 'stole' the Camel Trophy Disco from LRNA? From what I remember it was left at a dealership for a while and when LRNA came to get it the dealer had moved it off site. I heard this many years ago while at training for LR. I seem to remember it being a dealership in NC.

CNN's new commercial "what we are" is centered on a nice 110 CSW. I'm surprised how prominent it is.

I read an article not long ago about a 110 that had quite a history with CNN (IIRC). Perhaps this is the one.
