When I got new tires on the 4runner, I got KO2s and wanted to have a matching tire on the full size spare wheel. The guy at the tire place told me that I didn't need to change the spare because no one really uses their spare and on the 4Runner, it's out of sight anyway...

Maybe the owner of the D90 got similar advice from the pros.

That looks like a spare tire off of a Disco with Michelin XPC's.

I am so used to getting matching spares on Rovers I got one when I got KO2's for the 4Runner. D'oh stupid stupid. No reason to, for those very reasons you stated, and I stayed stock size! Argh. Realized my expensive mistake a few days later. Oh well.

Not a bad idea to have a matching spare, even if it's hidden away. Someone here rotated through their spare and got more total tire life, and at equal diameters, by have a matching spare and working it in. Just sayin'

What're the odds of two ROW 110s merging onto the 401 heading east out of Toronto at the same time? Spotted this nice one on Sat afternoon. We drove together for a while before I turned off. Anyone here?

Hopefully the owner wasn't too upset I snapped a photo. He doesn't look happy, but it was a Monday, after the time change, so maybe he was just bummed about going to work so early.

Black ST in Arlington this morning. Sorry for the crummy picture...could only snap the photo in my rear-view mirror.

I originally thought it might be Loic, but I don't think so.

This afternoon, Vancouver, BC. At least a few layers of contrasting paint. However, it ran well and no obvious bullet holes ;-)

On a GTO kick. Saw this 3 door 110 on one of the most unconventional, yet entertaining, GTO videos out. A bit too "fishy" for my tastes, but I love seeing these beauties really driven!
