Licked your old fuel pump. I need a spare as josh will get diagnosed as needing one ...

Did you check the master fuse under the hood?

Not mine it's Brian's
Yep we checked the master fuses and the one in the box as well
Primes then dies or can't deliver enough fuel

Primes and dies sounds like loose wire from -ve side of coil ( white with black tracer ) and not signaling the ecu that the engine is running. That causes it to not open the fuel pump relay.

Other options are the rollover switch if you hit a bump before it died.

All of these were checked. Even swapped coils. I've done everything hoping it isn't a fuel pump. The only thing we didn't do was check fuel pressure.

It looks like it's in pretty good condition! Just be happy that it's in good condition and in someone's collection.

We could all only be lucky enough to own that thing. I know I'd park it for display too if I had it.

Is that SI a shell? Or is it a runner that someone is loaning to the place? Someone needs to buy that off them if they are just going to leave it there.

Here's mine from last night. Sure, it's actually mine, but spotting it at the top of a 4100 foot pass is something new to me!

good find! Google street view doesn't have it document as of July 2015 so it's been there less than a year https://www.google.com/maps/@39.0728...8i6656!6m1!1e1

Did you stop in to talk with the owner?

Thumbs up

With the recent nice weather here in the NW I have been spotting Defenders on a daily basis and loving it. Yesterday spotted a blue 94 D90 ST and a black 95 D90 ST. Day before I chatted with an owner of another black 95 D90 then spotted (ok giving my bride credit as she spotted it first) an older navy w/ white roof Defender SW.

The truck looks like it faired really well, but I hope the driver didn't get a head injury on the side glass during the flop over!! That's what got Davey Allison years ago in his helicopter crash...No injuries whatsoever, but died from a head strike on the side of his canopy...
