That *looks* like the unused James Bond prop car that was for sale recently (there was one they didn't use/wreck during the filming of Skyfall that came up for sale). If I recall it was for sale as a movie memorabilia or similar, though admittedly I can't seem to remember the exact details....but perhaps it was some loophole.
