I think I was on I64 and passed a super clean 93 110 close to Louisville heading east this evening around 5:45.

Still had a white cage but I don't think it had a rack on it. Windows tinted really dark in the back.

looks like the PA plated truck that was really nicely* rebuilt from a salvage title that is occasionally seen in Williambsurg.

*Nice apart from the spacered sawtooths with outward facing lettering

I pulled up next to the guy and asked him if he's a member. He informed me that he is not yet and that he'll be joining soon. Even though I wasn't driving my truck, he told me that he sees me all the time and remembered my face. He seems like a nice guy.
