The Man from UNCLE movie, set in 1960's and had a great off-road car chase involving a 90's Defender 90 with full Exo cage.

Funny. But spoilt it for me - shoulda been a tricked out Series

Lol. I had a similar feeling watching several defenders involved high speed chases in one of the Fast & Furious movies.

Saw a beautiful IIA/B Forward Control or 101 Sunday in Sequoyah Hills (Knoxville TN). I drove past, threw a covetous wave to the owners and drove on. Kicking myself for not striking up a conversation...
Anybody here?

Here is the weird part about this. I don't remember putting that W&L badge on the tailgate. What are the odds it is another W&L person?

Nice...also cool that you had someone take that photo for you!

I saw that truck Driving in the main laguna seca gate. I was in my d90 all week and spotted a handful of other defenders also. And of course, a handful of other cars as well. I got a thumbs up from a guy in a mclaren p1. Here's a pic with a more budget friendly car.

I'll bet! Nice spot. I'd rather be seen in that 90 than the Italia. Speaking of p1's, well in this case a p4. I almost drove over one on the Golden Gate Bridge last month. Just a near miss, but exciting enough. Crossed over into head on traffic (ie; me in my '98 Range) and slalomed the cones. They cut back just in time. I could just see the headline "P38>P4"
