Tommy - you're right, I bought it from Peter in Philly last year...but while I totally dig your Willow Green 110, I definitely plan to keep my 110 in the family for as long as possible. I tend to be a bit of a hoarder - the first car I ever bought is still floating around in the family and currently being driven by my mom.

maybe uk-based sightings are unfair, but saw these two unusual defenders on a recent trip back to Chester, UK.

- a bright orange 110
- green pickup 90 kitted out as a builders truck

Saw a white 95 or 97 D90 yesterday at the gas station just north of Deal that takes you up to Monmouth university. Had a black top and I think basket on top. Gas station next to the bridge by the tracks. I think theres a foreign legion place across the street.

HA I posted that one awhile ago. I saw it in Delray. It is a clean truck but damn ugly with the wrong arb and wheels

I love it when people put holes in body panels(in this case the roof) for lights......almost as much as I enjoy seeing someone drill holes in the cage to run wires.....

Yeah, wheels are funky, but that ARB bumper is..........different. Dig the hood ornament though.

Are the frame rails the same size between a range and a defender? I think the arb was for a range rover.

The frame rails should be the same spacing, but they do not mount anywhere near the same way.....Defender is bolts through from top to bottom of the frame, RRC is bolted through the sides of the frame. Not a big deal though...

Since we're doing dealer sightings, I was at Paul Miller Parsippany looking at trucks with my friend yesterday and saw the following.
Black 1995 ST with some engine problems (per the note left in the back cargo area...not included as it had their address), numbered 2012.
Red 1994 in ROUGH SHAPE, lots of rust and seats torn apart. Looks like it's been sitting there for months. Number 1539.
1994 Coniston Green POE truck, looked clean with A/C, an ugly Southdown steering guard, and snorkel, but may have come from Copley (I kind of remember that snorkel), as it has a City Side Garage sticker. Number 1453.

310 of 500

Saw this 110(310 of 500) in Alexandria,VA today at the Washington Masonic memorial. Nice truck, odd roof lights-, when I was taking a picture of it, a guy said "Who hell needs that much truck in Virginia?" I opted to bite my tongue.

I just saw the ugliest Defender ever. It's a shame that I'm going to have to post it in the ugly defender thread. It's also a shame that I saw it in person. Most images from the internet. Almost vomitted.

Was the turkey that said that driving a Prius? Nerd!

Copley tag on that 110...nice looking rig, actually looks just like my ROW 110 (sans cage & rack). Interesting light setup. Wonder if the dude is local? Anyone know when this sold from Copley? Paging Dr. Barry!

No clue. You need to find a used car salesman for that info.

Copley

He drove a Honda Fit. Just as bad.

It is a nice truck, there is another 110 in Alexandria that I see all the time but its not this nice.

That's the diesel auto they had a couple months back. Those lights give it away. Real nice.

Looks like they are Marine tilt/pan spot lamps. I don't know how good they are for driving by, but the ability to 'swing them around' to where you want light could have its advantages at times..
