Thanks man. It took a long time but it was worth the wait. The truck is so much faster and more power with this new engine than with my old one. I'm really happy.

I can see that, but it shows it having barn doors. It would be cool if they came that way.

odd 110

Came across this one yesterday. 110 forward control? Has 2 front an 2 rear 110 axles with 2 transfers and front and rear steer. Coil sprung with a 3.5 rover. Dash, pedals 110. Guy found it in a military surplus yard. Told they were made for desert operations

Back in the 90's I was in Senegal for the arrival / finish of the rally, and there were 2 Esarcos 8x8
I believe the Team was from Denmark, coolest guys in the world , took the time to talk about the rig

Incredible how the T-Cases were off centre ( hooked by the PTO and one was for axle 1-3 and the other 2-4, can't remember exactly, but I believe you could use either as your 8x4 , they appear ( at least back then ) more roomy than the FC101

Another B.C. 110 sighting. Sharp as usual! Easy pickings up here in the land of the 15 year ban. On 12th, just off of Burrard. Anyone here?

couple notable points in this vid:
http://www.theinertia.com/surf/land-rover-tow-surfing/

getting the 110 stuck at 6:40
and most surprised how much attention a D-110 garners even in countries where they are somewhat commonplace/legal @ 15:35.

is that's the one featuring Eric Zipkin in it? you should recognize the last name. Huge rover family. Eric is an awesome guy, still has his dad's 109 in addition to a few other rovers.
