That's a new one! Never seen that combo of fiberglass roof and checker plate door before.

I don't know. It's driving me crazy too. I've escalated it so we'll see what we hear.

Why were you driving your LR3 when the teenager can drive her Defender? Too cold for you?

The red '94 off Main and 7th is a different truck. I think he's the owner of Overseas Auto.

Too cold? I'm still sporting no windows and a surrey. LOL. But until the roads are salt free, the D stays parked in the heated garage. It has not been exposed to salt before and won't during my watch.

You would cringe if you saw how salty my Defender is right now.

Galvy chassis & bulkhead however...that goes a long way in my book! But I'm with Russell, all my crappy Rovers are safely tucked away in the garage(s).

Where the surface galvy was scraped away from wheeling/etc, or due to the ocean-like driving that is upstate NY in the winter?

Spotted in Kuwait.
There is a strong following of LRs in KW. Check out Kuwait defender owners club on Instagram.

How often do we get to park in front of a Defender? Today I parked in front of one. I wonder if he's a member in here.

He's a member on here. I believe you posted a pic of his truck a year or two ago as well when it was on St. Marks Place. ECR build with galv frame, and he had the rack built by Wolf.

Ok, the truck looks different. It's a good looking truck. Many people stop and look at the both of them. Some people took photos. How are you Josh and how's the truck?

I have a friend with a Galvy frame on a 109 and everything around the frame is melting away.... Jackie Treehorn can attest - he has seen the 109 more than me. In the NE rust protection is more important than diff guards, rock sliders, steering guards, tree limb risers, brush bars, etc... Joking, But kind of serious....
