Do they allow you to wear sandals inside?

No idea - I don't go inside Seriously, LR has pissed me off to the point where I won't let them touch my car. Not even to put on tires and do an alignment on an LR4.

It wouldn't make sense to stock parts for a Defender. Dealerships work on so few Defenders it would be a complete waste of space. The dealership can have parts in two days for free, or overnight them for a 10% charge. Also, most people that are bringing their Defender to the dealership don't daily drive it, so it doesn't matter if they have to wait a day or two for the vehicle to be fixed.

That hurts my feelings. They also said I was ugly.

Good idea to run away from that one...

Spotted this Series in the garage of a house that recently came on the market. Looks like it has company with a 1985-ish Toyota Supra and a Porsche.

Apart from the longer nose and 6 cylinder, it was the same as a Celica. Im surprised they all havent been turned into drift cars.

I don't care if LR dealers don't stock Defender parts or even if they don't have mechanics well verse in D's but I think it's lame as hell they use them for promotion yet are the henchmen behind customs to make it hard for them to come into the states. The Defender is like the blue collar/rough around the edges brother. They won't invite him to family events but if they need something fixed or a some extra muscle he is the first one called.

i don't have any problems with lrna using defenders for advertising. the car industry is massive. marketing people have zero say over what gets built. who knows, maybe they all want the defender back in na and continue production until the year 3000. doesn't matter, unfortunately.

Local LR dealership. First time ever using the dealership for work (Air suspension calibration). Not convinced they even really know what the Rover in the picture is. The second is what what was getting calibrated.

I noticed a neighbor of mine has a defender wagon. I can't tell if its a 90 or 110. ANyone out there know of a davidsonville MD guy with a defender? Without getting specific as to his address.. right off solomon's island road in davidsonville. Not me (ex-mod) not Clem (ex Mod)

EDIT... I obviously can tell a 90 from a 110.. its parked at the top of a hill facing away.. all I can see is the rear door really.

Serious apologies about the picture of a picture, but my neighbor let me know I made it into the August 2014 Fourwheeler magazine...

Apparently they're a little insecure though.
