Can a sighting count for a mug when it originates from another board member?

Spotted in France by a friend..

Also think it's a puma by the hood but is it a 130 with the bed taken off and a wrecker body on it?

In Southampton- four defenders in under two minutes. First was an Arles beach runner with eight jumps in the back. Across the street was a white 90 soft top. Then a green 90 soft top with a baby seat. Then a white station wagon (no pic of the white station wagon).
