I can not divulge my procedures to avoid pit stops but I can drive with my left knee and wideouts bottles are a mist

I have found on road trips that sunflower seeds do a better job of keeping me active and alert. Dont get me wrong, I drink a lot of coffee (road trip or not) but seeds are where its at.
