I'm pretty sure I saw some 70 series land cruiser tow trucks. But I didn't realize what they were until I read this.

was coming back from Baldewin's house this afternoon around 4.00 and spotted an AA yellow ST with Safari Gard Sliders parked on the east side of Hacienda between Colima and the 60.

Ok here goes the worst sighting photo ever, since I can't even see the truck and I was the one who took the photo, but at least I tried.

I just saw a NAS Green D90 SW with a slight lift and bumperettes on the rear, driving in the West Village.

Josh that is a non-sighting, or rather, a neo-sighting. You might as well have taken a selfie and have been just as credible, as there is no D in that pic. You also took it in beer-google-vision so that doesn't help.

Moderator, delete Josh's post please.

Hah. I agree. You can sort of see the truck if you look between the white and black cars, you can see a white roof up ahead, and that's the Defender with its driving lights on. Worst photo ever though...I'd agree.

You could report the thread and then the moderators ... (Who take a dim view of false sighting claims) . Would review the evidence.

Here are a few pix to share from my Costa Rica trip. Stayed at the new Andaz resort in the Papagayo peninsula- a very nice place...Was hoping to rent a D90 but too $$$ so we took a new Land Cruiser Prado Tdi. However, we spotted several 110s and RRC in Liberia area, the series trucks in the Monteverde region and a few 90, 110 and 130s in Tamarindo. My wife thought I was nuts taking these pix and more..

Plus, it's not even the West Village, or the U.S. for that matter!

Is that a Canadian flag though? Could get points for a Canadian flag sighting.

Did you try the tacos at the place across the street from the chicken place? Across from Pension Santa Elena?

I have a pic of the zebra truck I took when we went horse back riding in Monteverde.

Seems like Daniel's truck pops up about once a week on Instagram.
