The sequestration has hit the HSOC hard. Most of the desks are now unmanned and only essential NAS 110 tracking is currently operational.

I was heading north and it was heading south with full lights and siren - it was getting dark - looked cool from what I could tell.

Could be the pictures were from his cell phone to mine and I didn't look much past the metal grill, it looked like the one I had on my 1970 IIa in high school. The series III have seen in person all had plastic ones. But high school was a LONG tims ago.
