Tacoma, WA peoples: anybody know the owner of this 109?

http://goo.gl/maps/56sjI

I'm looking at buying a house two doors down from him. The house has been recently gutted and renovated. It came out very nice but I was curious about the history of the home and figured that maybe this guy would know.

Saw this at a local garage near me. Talked to the mechanic, says the owner wants to make it highway worthy.
That can't be good

Relo is going good. We're putting an offer on a house tomorrow. Not the house next to that 109 but a nicer one that's down the street from a really sweet pastel green 88. North End of Tacoma seems to be a little Series mecca. My poor Tithonus is probably going to be confined to the garage, though.

Just sent you a PM. Would like to meet up to talk some business if you're around this week.
