Pimp my ride

Speaking of chrome... this is what 30k will get you in OKC. I spotted this one last night while out to dinner. It has been wrecked and repainted. Terrible repair job on the rear tub, you could still see sand marks in the bondo and several of the spot welds had been covered up. Interior was not in very good shape. But man love those wheels! Sorry for the Iphone pic's... was all I had with me.

110 in Minneapolis

Saw a mint 110 driving on HWY 15 in Orono, MN by Lunds/Culvers.

Looked like a NAS with a black cage/rack and maybe a mobile satalite on the roof?

Looked MINT!

BJF...I think I saw your truck when to Minnesota...did it go to the Orono/Mound/Minnetrista/Independence area?

It went to Hamel MN. No clue where that is. Did the one you saw have black wheels?

Hamel is about 20 miles west from Downtown Minneapolis...this was on the road that someone would take from Hamel towards the Lake Minnetonka area...

Don't remember the wheels...but have never seen a 110 around here with a black cage before now...

I would assume it was mine as I know it arrived and has plates already. I will ask the guy.

For those of you who all think that those who own Defenders know what they're driving, I just pulled into a Stewart's in Monticello, NY on my way to go camping. Two ladies came out of the convenience ( both who worked there) and one says to the other, that other truck looks like your truck.

The other lady ( the owner of the truck) walks over and says "oh man they are the same." we get to talking and she says, "mine looks older than yours" to which I inform her hers is a 94 an mine a 95. She corrects me, saying hers is a '91, then later reads her inspection and is surprised it's actually a '94.

She works at the gas station convenience store, Stewart's, and she and her husban raise cattle in either Woodridge or Woodbourne. Very nice lady.

Funny (an enlightening) sighting. Truck has A/C, 88k miles, gutter kit, and rust. She said she doesn't take the old girl out much anymore.

Horsey

Three things to point out your mistakes

A - How come you did not ask if they want to get rid of her
B - How come there are only 4 Booth rims mounted ( I assume the other side has them for crying out loud )
C - See A and immediately refer to B

LOL

Parked in Coconut Grove, Miami...just spotted a 110 G4 edition fully tricked out with roof tents and all. Appeared to have GB plates. On my way back around to see if I can snap a pic before he leaves.

She said she wasn't ready to unload the truck, but I gave get my e-mail and phone number if she needs help with anything. Just realized that top is a Badger I.

Few things I actually forgot: the plaque number, VIN (forgot to ask her how long she's owned it), and an interior shot. Looked like they put diamond plate along the interior of the tub.
