Going out to and coming home from Steamboat I saw a few nice looking RRC's and maybe a Santana right off Route 70 near Idaho Springs. Tried to take a pic going back into Denver but couldn't get it timed right. Any clue who the shop is? I tried google searching and came up with nothing.

Hi Zack,
Thanks much for the help.
Looks like you got it right.
They are bias ply and rock crawling specific.
Although DOT approved, it says not recommended on the street, according to the Maxxis website - which explains the trailer
http://www.maxxis.com/AutomobileLigh...y-Crawler.aspx

(looking for a narrow tire with ~36" OD; the closest i've gotten is the STA Superlug, but it is also bias ply - Toby Savage put new 225/100R16 XZLs on his FC, but those silly things are unobtainium...)

Not recommended for highway for good reason haha, the guy here who has them on his RRC has let me drive his truck. You don't drive the truck, the truck drives you.

Saw a MOD 110 ST in downtown Cave Creek AZ. Nice looking truck with a dog in a cage in the back. Yelled at him, waved and got basically no response. I sure would have liked a better look at the truck, it looked nice.

Side markers are the dead giveaway, as are usually the upper parking lights on the front of the truck (usually clear for Japanese and Dubai spec trucks). Followed by the seat upholstery (if not changed), gas label, font on plaque, and usually superior paint condition over regular NAS trucks. And odometer and power windows, and maybe something else.
