95 SW #498 parked on the street in Richmond and a orange double cab on Grace in the "Fan"

Spotted an LE headed east on I40 just east of chapel hill, looked lifted and had HIDs or trucklites. I've been seeing LE's lately.

I would also say that if your D was stolen, so it's technically yours but you don't have it anymore, then you also get a pass.

Yep, ur right, it felt like I was cheating a little. I did see a ST90 in Georgetown today but I was too slow with the phone. It had DC plates that said JEEP. Thought that was odd.
