Briggs whose is this? I just got in from France and this was sitting outside my NY place. Red Series III 109 coiler conversion with Freiw. Feuerwehr THAUR stickers on the side. It had both Alaska and NY plates.

I don't know. I haven't seen it before. Looks Austrian. Im guessing the AK plate doesn't belong. Leave a card on it, or better yet, do a stake (stalk) out and wait for the owner to show up.
