LRNA is probably more concerned with liability issues for non approved vehicles.
Wouldn't be surprised if LRNA issued a no sales of non LRNA/RRNA vehicles edict to dealers.
And then set the DOT and EPA dogs hunting the private market for the rest.

LRNA would gain no benefit from associating themselves with any questionable imports or non-conforming vehicle.

You should lay off the paranoia inducing drugs for a while.

Been a D-90 forum voyeur for a few months now, finally became a member and thought I would make my first post.

I took the wife and 4 kids to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for two weeks of Spring Break in March. As we were walking from Copacabana Beach to our apartment, we would pass this blue Defender 90. My son (8-years old) said, 'cool truck; let's get a picture.' I thought y'all would get a kick out of sighting. It was parked on Rua Republica do Peru, two blocks from Copacabana Beach.

Since then, I have the "Defender" bug and cannot kick it. I had my first 'Rovers Magazine' delivered last month... and the way my wife reacted, you would have thought it was a Playboy. I saw my son sneaking off with it the other night...

This forum and the contributors have been a great community to observe and hope to become one of the lucky/unlucky few to own a Defender in the near future.

Jason.

That's Ronnie's truck on the right - he's a male stripper - hence the license plate.

Hilarious! Josh when you hit 7k you should put on a "show" of your own. Are you trying to catch Ron or something?
