Lightbulb Defender Registry Questions

I just posted an announcement about a new feature that was added called the Defender Registry.
http://www.defendersource.com/forum/...726#post328726

If you all have any questions about this system, please post them here.

Registry
I do not have the "My Registry" in my drop down from the Registry button, but I do have those 8 other choices.

Registry
Click on UserCP and you should be able to add entries at the top left under Registry. Maybe you have to add one before that shows.

Registry
It must not be enabled for everyone then as it should be above "Your Profile". Andy?

Yeah, I had looked through there before posting, but I did not (and still do not) see any options.

------ Follow up post added February 10th, 2012 11:47 AM ------

It just popped up. It is now above "Your Profile" like Charles said. Thanks!

It was a configuration setting. As Joshua mentioned, it's fixed now.

There could be other issues, so please report them here.

Looks good! One thing that i'm sure a lot of people would find valuable, is if you can add a 'Badge Number' as an optional field.

We already have this in an optional VIN/Badge field. Once we get some data in there we can create a report like all 1995 D-90s sorted by Badge (if available).

Ahh very nice... I didn't go to the Add feature, just viewed someones profile.

One other thing that may be nice would be a 'Status' field or something similar.. that was we can keep track of vehicles that people sold... (it's always nice when you buy a truck to be able to find some history on it).

Weird, I can enter all my info, but it won't let me upload. The submit button clicks, but it just hangs there.

That's a great idea. Actually, it would be pretty cool if a truck in the registry could be marked as For Sale and then it would show up in the Vehicles For Sale forum. That would be a nice way to see information about the truck being put on the block and help create an archive of Defenders out there.

What browser are you using? Try just entering your info without any photos and seeing if the form will submit and save. If so, then try loading a single photo at a time. If that works it will at least give us some insight into where this might be failing for you.

Same for me. Not sure which version of IE we have here at work. I'll try it from Chrome at home.

Same problem here. Just tried to enter a truck. No pictures, just filled out the fields. Hit save and nothing happens, just clicks.

IE8
