I'm stocking up on spare parts and I've recently discovered that it is impossible to find a new radiator for a NAS D90. Am I looking in the wrong places?

I thought while doing my research RL had them for $800.00 so I went better for $200.00 more with Allisport. I think most just re-core...

Last time I looked they were pretty deep into back orders from Land Rover. The ones we were getting from rover looked pretty rough too, almost looked reman'd.

When was that? I bought a few last year and had them the next day. They all looked like shit and half came in damaged. They were painting them with a brush

Well that may be true, but what an outstanding radiator...one of my best upgrades to the D90.

I got a genuine a few years ago and it looked brush painted. Worked well though.

I would just get an aluminum radiator, weld on the necessary tabs for the rover mounting, throw an auxiliary oil cooler on there if you really want one and call it a day. The rover stuff is becoming unnecessarily expensive for what it is and how it performs.
