I was using the term "demotivator" as a broadly accepted term for this type of picture art.

Nothing more demotivating that thinking of myself as Chris Snell.

I kid. It could be worse. At least it wasn't a picture of horsey standing on a ladder to look at his engine or me standing next to Betty white.
