Lloyd, you should state your pain points - including your your assertion that this port is potentially involved in "falsely" detaining and ordering these ineffective charges - within the first few sentences, instead of toward the very end. Most of these people won't read much more than your first paragraph unless you catch their attention. Go on to state how you know of many others who have had suspiciously similar interactions with this same port, even after their vehicles were initially cleared to leave the port.

fwiw. I only ship to Charleston when asked to. Newark and Charleston are my least favorite ports.

Sure will be is in the country already been registered (I assume in AZ) so not sure the CBP folks would be involved - but maybe NTSB? Will be interesting to see what the sellers response is to the 25 or more questions he is getting on eBay RIGHT NOW from forum members hehehe

I showed this video to my fiance and she got upset that someone would do that to a Defender. When I saw a few tears roll down her face, I knew right then and there I was marrying the right woman, lol.
