Damn I want that back

I'm sure everyone has their story about a vehicle they wish they hadn't sold...
I really miss my LR3. Should have never traded it. Saw two LR4's on 95 today and it made me want my black LR3 badly. That was a great truck and now my only shot is getting another with 100k+ miles on it and probably for sale because something is wrong

I can honestly say I would take back any of the cars I have had since high school.

Although on the Mk1 Jetta and Volvo 242 I would swap the auto's to manual gearboxes.

LOL you are already having nostalgia for an LR3. How old are you?

What do I want back? The 10's of 1000's of dollars and hundreds of beautiful days spent string up at oily undercarriages.

But, then I wouldn't have all the awesome friends and stories and odd nicknames.

32 yrs old. I've had a lot of vehicles for 16 yrs of driving and that LR3 was a favorite. No interest in paying 40k+ for a LR4 right now.

Yeah me neither. The only car I want back is my 109 back on (or off) the road. Everything else, cars come and go. Lots of good LR3s out there. I wouldn't mind one but I'd rather have a big body RR SC and my 109.

My 1967 SIIA when I bought it in 1973

And when I sold it in 1978:

and when I bought it back in the mid -1990's

and now - undergoing a frame up restoration

sometimes you do get your dream back
