Depends.

Rust free, looks garaged with a new badger top and otherwise perfect stock truck with AC and a rear seat = 25k

Nice, but nothing special: 18k

Decent, but needs work: 16k

Rust bucket: 12k

Ron, how about a 94 90 with R380, rusted rear cross member, some rust in the footwell, some rust in the cage, rusted drivers and passenger side doors, some rust here and there with approximately 120K miles. It has a badger top with a gutter kit? Thanks!

Follow-up Post:

Stock, no AC, nrp exhaust, decent but needs work.

Lee, I would say 11-14k tops depending on the level of rust and other issues. Rusted means different things to different people. The badger w/ gutter kit is easy $1500-2k (depending on age) or else I would be closer to Dale's number.

The prices that folks are paying for Defenders seem to be coming down.

I suppose it's the availability of the '83-85 trucks coupled with the economy.
