I heard from a friend of a friends friends wife that there was a 110 Puma on the "Bachelor".
I personally did not see it, I was busy watching the Charlie Sheen's show.

My wife yelled out "Defender, Defender!" while watching the bachelor, I ran into the livingroom, there there it was on the plasma, a white D110. I watched the rest of the show, ONLY to get another glimps of it...

On Netflix right now, via instant view, is Olivier Assayas' film, "Carlos". About 5+ hours long, in 3 parts, it explores the life of Carlos the Jackal, terrorist involved in Opec hostage takings and many other attacks in Europe during the 70's. I cannot think of any film I have ever seen with more rovers. Defenders, Series trucks, Range Rover Classics .... as it is filmed in the middle east and africa in addition to europe, every Tom, Dieter and Ali has got a rover of some sort or other. I highly enjoyed the film, but even if you don't, just throw it on instant view while you browse this site for 5 hours

Rovers in the Movies

Many Rover iterations in Cars 2. Plenty of pot shots on British vehicles too.

Not sure if this counts as a "movies" sighting but while watching Jim Shockey's hunting show (on demand Verizon Fios) in Scottland for Red Stag a Green 110 Double Cab (Puma) was showed multiple times, including the interior and some driving shots...

Not a movie, and not a 90, but in a web comic called "The Zombie Hunters", the main characters drive around in a green 110 with roof rack.

Saw the trailer for the new mission impossible movie. Unremarkable....but one scene where TC is walking into an office building there is a NAS white ST with fiberglass top and full rack.
