D-90 with German Eriba trailer

I finally snagged a little German travel trailer to tow behind my D-90. VW enthusiasts will recognize it because they are light enough to comfortably tow behind a VW Microbus.

The new trailer is around 12 feet long , weighs 750 lbs and has a queen size bed. Its liek a teardrop you can stand up in.

I'm planning on painting it Conniston Green below the belt line.

Very cool Jack. So you still have the other little camper that you brought to MAR and Uwharrie in the past ?

I brought the Boler to MAR

Sold that one and bought a U-Haul which I took to Uwharrie

I'm going to sell the U-Haul now that I have the Eriba - just want to put the new vinyl flooring in it first.

I want to make sure everything is working properly before I set the price - probably around $5500 though. I have a custom made weatherproof cover for it that cost about $700. It has roof air, a heater and a stove. I don't know if the solar panel works any more but its so old that newer ones work much better.

I've added LED tail lights, a New Old Stock set of side windows I scored from a dealer last year, and I am upgrading the floor. The Eriba came up for sale in mid-project (plus it cost more than the U-haul) so the wife reluctantly agreed to let me buy the "new" trailer.

One of my friends congratulated me on starting my own subdivision in my driveway.

Nice find.
You should bring it to Overland Expo East October 3-5 in Asheville, NC.
