Cup holder

Does anybody make a simple but sturdy cupholder that would clamp onto the lip of the cubby box (above the clock in a NAS D90)? I'm thinking of a jaw-like clamp that locks down with camming action. For various reasons, a Tuffy-mounted drink holder is not an option for me. Don't want one of the windshield suction cup mounts, either.

Check out "ram mounts" http://www.rammount.com/ I bought a sweet cup holder from them for my series that swiveled but i had to screw it in. That said they probably have something that will work.

Griots used to sell the Cupholder that MB used in their wagons. Great piece of kit but overly complicated collection of flaps and springs. spill a drink and it would get all gunked up. You can still find it on Ebay

I installed those in the seat box about an inch above the floor on each side. Not the easiest but any spills or splashes stay low and don't hurt anything.
