Cove trails

got a question those of you that have been to the Cove. Do you think the trails there would work well for a mountain bike race and trail running? I'm hopefully going to heading out there to do some scouting and want to get an idea of what trails to check out.

I'm not sure what makes a good mountain bike trail, but I'd imagine so. There are trails of all levels, and ATV trails too.

You might get better info off of a mtn bike site.

MTBR.com's Virginia area forum might be a good start. There are probably more regional forums for VA area mtn biking.

Do you have any more specifics? I can do a search on mtbr.com for you as I have an account. I searched on Cove and got a few hits on Carvin's Cove. Not sure if that's what you were talking about.

I can ask on the MORE forum but right now its on the down low and I've know the Cove as being a 4x4 place not a biking venue which is why I asked here.At any rate I'll be heading out there to scout some time in the next week or so but wanted to see what people's opinions were that had been there.
