Cool like you guys

I have joined the ranks of defender owners. Dropped of a Deposit on a 99 TDI 5 Speed D90 yesterday. Yes, its gray market, i talked to the DMV here and won't have any problems. I will post pic's when I get it home. I am uber excited. I am sure i will have questions when I get it home but for now I am just grinning like a mule eating briars.

No we have changed the official uniform, all I can tell you is it involves white shrimper's boots.

By the way, for anyone who doesn't know him, Marty also parts out Land Rover's as a business... so if you need any disco/rrc parts for your d90, he's a good guy to go to!

This is true, I do sell parts and now would be a good time to ask about them as I am motivated to sell stuff to pay for the honor of having a defender.

Kelly, I will be there friday (hopefully in the defender) and will call you this week.

It's the Sheep Boots... Ahh .. The Pendy Boots... I mean the shrimpers boots that are the most fun!
The robe just hides the fun... For privacy of course.

Marty, your truck looked great the other day. What size are the XZL's on it, 7.50R16?

If I am not mistaken, you can see pics on ebay. Unless there is another 99 td5 d-90 in KY...
