Cool D-90 in VA!

Saw this today at the VFD...
It's actually been there since '95 when it was *donated*...

Is that a seizure vehicle? Things just weren't the same once the k-5 blazer and Bronco went off the market.

Nope, not a seizure.

A rich guy donated the D-90 to the VFD in '95. It had 17,000 miles on it then.
It now has 38,428.
Oh,and it has only been outdoors about 200 days in the last 12 years. Spends most of its days indoors at the firehouse.

nice find! I see a white SW parked often around Union Square in NYC with "Brooklyn Ironworks" signs on the side. I have to say, its a perfect work truck.

There used to be a nice red '94 soft top in Central Ohio (Newark or Granville FD) that was rigged out for fighting brush fires. I did have a picture, but was unable to locate it.

Hmmm, I thought I had a photo of that one as well, but can't seem to locate it either. Here is a Yellow D-90 Brush truck though. Not sure where 'O.W.L.' is though...

OWL is the Occoquan, Woodbridge, Lorton VFD in Woodbridge. More money than brains comes to mind when I hear about them.
