I've ordered this as an attempt to address the 110 vs LR3 vs RRC vs trailer/rtt discussion in our house:
NC Camper Trailer | NC Camping | Camper Trailers | Campers | Latitude Campers
Travelling with my younger wife, 11 year old son, 14 year old nieces and a 100lb Swissie. Going behind the LR3 for a trip to Yellowstone next summer, and behind the RR County for the east coast off-road events.
Our experience with a RTT in the Oz was fun, but kind of difficult say, if we wanted to catch sunrise at Uluru.
Seems to me a ROW 110 would be a less expensive platform to build on, and still wheelable.
What about making it a double cab with a hi-cap bed for capacity

Roverlab is now British 4x4 Specialists.

There was a guy earlier this month that posted a td5 130 for sale in Canada. Maybe he'll deliver it to you and sell it to you as parts. Use what you need and sell what you don't? His user name is Kurt and last post was early November. Sorry can't get the link to post.
