Columbus - Easton area

FINALLY! I was finally in my Defender and spotted another D-90 owner. As I was getting off I-270 (Easton exit), right in front of me is a Coniston Green SW. HOLY SMOKES! Spoke to the gentlemen at the light and found out that he's owned his Defender since 95 (I assume since new) and it had over 200k miles on it. The truck looked amazing with aftermarket wheels and what seemed to be a galvanized Series roof rack and ladder. It was really good to see another Defender while being in my own, rather than coming off as some nut who likes the trucks.

Nice! Im usually in my Disco2 when I spot them... and even though it's completely modded, they generally don't give me the time of day even though I'm flashing my 6 hella's at them...

Ha, I try and acknowledge Disco drivers. I treat the Range Rover drivers like they are invisible.

Easton's financial backer, Less Wexner, is reported to own a couple defenders, including a NAS 110.

I had no idea that Les Wexner or as I like to call him 'the Panty Prince' (owner of Victoria's Secret as well as the Limited brands) was a defender owner. He has quite the presense in C-bus.

I did a lot of shooting while living up there. Folks used to ask if I worked for him because of the Defender. His side-by-side collection was supposed to be legendary.
