Cleaning Waxoyl

Had my chassis Waxoyl and noticed there a some small over spray spots on the truck. Any recommendations on what to use to best get this stuff off?

....or veggie oil
Or olive oil if you want less cholesterol (or is it transfat? I can't remember)

Diesel is obviously going to linger (the smell) but if you're cleaning larger areas underneath, maybe that's the easiest because it will cut faster than veggie oil.

Bug and tar remover should work. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, Waxoyl is tough to remove.
