Oh okay. I'll look closer at the stamp on the tank. Even better. Do you put like a nipple or condom over the spout? I need something to cover it so I don't get dust and road grim packed in there.

I havent done anything to it yet. I stored it outside all last summer and it was good...no mud wasps or anything. I saw some little rubber nipple thingies at lowes once, maybe I'll check it next time i'm over there. The only problem I have noted with the tanks is black plastic debris from the holes AT drills out and I am very careful about letting the tank dry out properly after an "expedition".

I'm also thinking of installing some sort of filtration on the tanks as I have two connected togeather, one outside and one inside the trailer. I had AT install the hot water mixer and it works great. 40 gal is a must for that type of set up.

ok- so I took the green 3/8 "nipple" and fitted it over a 7mm nutdriver and heated it, then fitted it over a 8mm nut driver, heated it...it fit with perfect snugness....(yeah dont say it guys!)
