Very sharp. My 72 year old client bought the same one in a similar color for his 70 year old wife.

Special car. I did PSD for a guy who gave one to his Mum. It never struck me as a car that should be parked "at work" but I hear CA is different to the rest of the world.

According to this website, about $500 for the oil changes and over $3000 per year maintenance costs assuming nothing breaks. I guess it's not too bad (relatively speaking)

Sadly, I spend more than that on each Defender every year.

Bwahahahaha....Glen, don't tell me you you read the junk secret entoiurage puts out. They're a DC based group of young arab punks who "go to GW" and drive Lambos/Ferraris etc. Tried to pass off pictures of a couple of my cars as their own.

Annual maintenance on any of supercar is going to be $1K if you do an all fluids change. Less than $300 if its just an oil and filter change. These are specialist race shop prices using Motul fluids.

Major service for these kinds of cars is once every 5 years and even then you're looking at $4K max.

As Lav said, often cheaper than maintaining an old Rover.

LOL...Arjun, how are ya?! Long time!!! Got that link from a friend of mine before... I thought it was crap but imagined it wasn't too far off. That's crazy, did they use your 110's picture?

It's all relative really. I remember reading car magazines when the Dodge Viper first came out, the mpg is 10-12mpg. At that time I was driving a VW Corrado. Now my D1 gets around that and I now think it's "normal"... LOL

Thanks everyone. This car gets a lot of attention, the whole weekend people left and right commenting on it and taking pictures. So far people say to me "You must be doing well in this economy to be able to afford a new Bentley" or "Is that your new christmas gift?" or "I love that color, can I have?" I like to say, sure just take over my payments. Laughter ensues. The only modification I plan on doing on the car is mabye 30% window tint or lighter. The GM said DO NOT touch the rims, he said the car weighs 5k pounds and they've had cars come back from damage when cheap chinese wheels break or bend from pot holes. So I'll take his advice, besides, I like the rims, but if I was going to changed them, HRE all the way of course.

I think the more important question though is how much tail has it pulled so far?

Guessing not much as Neil probably learned over the weekend that club gals know their Continental GTs and are holding out for the dude w/ the prior V-12. (sorry couldn't resist). So why did Bentley make the switch? They have always been known as a V12 motorcar.

Congrats with the nice ride. Time for you to move over here: http://www.6speedonline.com/ http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/bentley-42/

The trend now is to get the same horsepower but with better gas mileage. The Twin Turbo V8 puts about the same horsepower as the previous V12. But with better gas mileage of course. They have a CGT Speed with the W12 engine, but its pretty expensive right now. Too much money for me.

Am I the only one that noticed that Neil said it was cold so he went home early?? Are the clubs not heated in LA? Sounds like he pulled up in front of the club and just stood outside next to the car..

Reminds me of the Friends episode where Joey stood in front of the Porsche parked on the street and started showing up in a Porsche Jacket and hat to meet ladies.

It is a nice looking car however.

Actually no, the club I went to is called Havana house, its a club/bar/cigar lounge (only place happening on a sunday nite, especially before NYE), which means they do have a bouncer/door guy outside but its considered open patio because your allowed to smoke ciggs/cigars anywhere inside, so it gets a little chilly in a t-shirt. Plus I just bought a car, was tired from all the haggling, test driving, paperwork etc etc.
