Yes, my daughter studied about OZ and she really wants to go so I promised her that I'll take her to OZ soon. Also my son keep telling me that when I take them to OZ he wants to listen to that song (we come from a land down under) or some thing like that and he wants to chase some kangaroos at the same time
Also I want to try your famous cookies, Mike Hippert baked some for us and it was great, but Iím sure itíll taste better there (no offense Mike). So Iíll take you up on the offer and I will let you know when we will be there.
I think you mean ANZAC biscuits? 3-6" diameter and flat? Asking for "cookies" in OZ will probably get you blank looks. ANZAC Day is the 25th of April, so that would be the best time of year to get really good ANZAC biscuits. But my wife has a pretty good recipe if you want it.
The best wheeling in OZ in South east Queensland/Northern New South Wales (About the middle of the east coast). Further south (Victoria) there is lots of mud and not as many rocks.
If you drive up and down the highways your son will see a lot of roadkill Kangaroos, but they don't run when you try to chase them
