Aha ... True but my American side allows me to drive for infinite distances powered only by truck stop coffee and donuts!

Anyway I told the Brit to drive for 30mins ... 24 times each day until I we get to Denver. Then the wife takes over.

I love how she hates Ronnie and NYC SO MUCH that she's having you pick her up from the airport on the other side of the country.

or one photo from the middle of Kansas left on the screen for 4 hrs ... if i make it black and white and narrate it with a phoney french accent to the drone of my v8 ... it will be an instant film noir classic ... 'le collectif camping-car'.

Fin.

Ok so I'm gonna leave in the next hour or so and head into PA.

I'm using the G1TFI-7 on aprs and will monitor local repeaters as I bumble along.

I have a HF setup which I'll probably play with a bit later on but it's all wired up.

Yeah, I just jumped the gun. Missed the "leaving in about an hour" part. I saw you going through Wilkes-Barre and was hoping you'd keep going south to Rausch Creek instead of heading west on 80

Camping in PA, prime rib sandwich and a cold beer to round out the first day.
