Can anyone in the US help me out?

A bit of a long shot....

Ive convinced myself that I must have a Filson Levi truckers jacket, however the UK "distributor" is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard...anyroadup, it occurs to me that many of the contributors to this forum live in the USA and may be able to do me a favour and purchase a jacket for me and airmai it to the UK. I will of course pay all costs upfront by paypal or similar.

I just have to confirm garment size with Filson and Im good to go.....

Anyone up for helping out a limey?

Cheers!

Paul

yep I have had it over a year now and really like it. It is a great fall and spring jacket. And for that matter, I wore it all last winter because it was relatively mild. I decided to go for the tin cruiser over the Levi jacket simply because I wanted to honor Filson tradition over Levi. I really like it, along with my wool packer jacket and some various luggage.

That Filson Levi truckers jacket doesn't look half bad - it also looks like it's a staple in Jake Gyllenhaal's wardrobe. Are they to be worn collar up, or down?

Never heard of Filson before but I like the website I found!
To the OP, just order direct from a US site.

The US Site wont deliver to the UK......

and regarding my signature - how do we know? we dont, but live each day like its your last!

As an aside my partner, soul mate etc has just been diagnosed with Cancer, a routine scan found it, its been removed and the prognosis is good, however it makes you look at life awhole lot differently and puts alot into perspective.... Im not looking for sympathy here - shit happens, and amongst the anger and her tears weve found some laughs, but please advise your women folk to keep to their regular breast screening programme, it saved my other halfs life......now, when can I satart my d90 rebuild?

best wishes!

Paul

Oohh my... So Filson tin cloth eats Barbours for breakfast?
Of course they do, but that's because Barbours do not do breakfast. A Barbour waits for mid morning tea to be served. The Filson is perfect (for the staff of the Barbour) so the staff may stay warm while working the farm. In my case, without staff, a farm, an estate, a royal title, or pretty much anything else other than a LR, I'd say the Filson is perfect for the morning and then I can play dress up in the Barbour.
Of course this discussion could also go political - Dem.s vs. Repub.s but that's to easy on this site!
Long live the queen

47% of people who wear Filson products don't pay taxes I've heard.
