Can a NAS defender be brought up to 2007 spec?

Does anyone else like the new dashboard of the 2007 defender? I was wondering if it could be installed in an older defender. I have a hunch it is complicated and would require the installation of a new bulkhead. Any thoughts?

I have seen one in person and would say that the bulkhead is different. Im sure you could do it but would need the entire bulkhead with all the dash parts fitted... Its completely different. Very nice though.

I'm doing one in my own truck and I can tell you it is not a bolt in. More on the ECR site once I get closer on my project.

As soon as my new engine arrives I'll be putting more time in on the project.

Does this mean it will be a 2.4L Diesel?

Nope. Too much computer control on that engine for me.
You'll see.

Yes, but my own truck projects are not on the site.

I will be putting my 90 project up on the site at some point though, as it has some new things we will be selling, so the shameless promotion will continue.

I'm going to have to keep an eye on the ECR site on see how things progress. For me, it's not just about the cool looks of the new dash, I like the functionality of it all. The ergonomics, the ventilation, the placement of the radio. In the winter, the airflow through the vents is so feeble, it just doesn't get the job done.
