My dream is an overlanding build.

There was a truck here in Portland last year that had that same set up. They were retired from Wales, had moved to Australia and bought a Disco 6x6 to live out of for a year. Then they moved back to UK in order to build up a Defender with this camper set up. Shipped it to North America, and they had been driving around the US and Canada for a year.

It is a very nice set up; although, I certainly would not do it with a four door. I'm planning on using elements of this type of thing when I build up my own 110.... after I get the Tdi in.... after I sell the Audi....

I love the usage of the room in the rear wheel wells for water storage.

Saw the chap's defender featured in Land Rover Monthly. The pop up was kind of like an overlapping turtle shell. Very unique. He was doing vw vanagons, but bought the defender and has some serious skills!

it looks like it is outfitted with the same overland cabinetry that RN is selling. Nice
