This truck sold in ATL less than a month ago for less than the $8,000 price then. Seller has hit me up multiple times to tell me how great a deal it was. Yes it has a new paint job, but the car fax says it has greater than 210K miles (no one off errors, multiple inspections with higher than stated miles).
Funny thing is, the new seller copied the EXACT for sale ad the prior seller used. In other words, everything listed was done by previous seller, nothing according to the list of "done" items is new since last sold, except maybe a seat repair and power steering box repair...
Atlanta seller was quick to sell it after his purchase (yes I spoke to him) and now this new seller seems eager to sell it, something is up. But hey at least it looks good!

Probably runs like crap since they replaced the lifters and not the cam or timing components

Hey now. Mine will be shiny when it comes out of the paint booth. But, then again, I am not sure I would drive it cross country.

Probably used the same for sale sign too haha. Picked it up, drove it to Charlotte, posted up for sale for nice hopeful profit.

I've often wondered to myself how the phrase "one owner" can be confusing to some sellers... at least this guy/gal puts a timeline on it. But, there's a ton of craigslist, ebay, BaT ads that start out: "one owner..." and end with, "I bought from the P.O. in ___."

At some point I'll be selling my 1982 Saab turbo. Several owners. Original mechanic. As in the guy who prepped and put it into service is the same one that's maintained it throughout its life. Of course, if he weren't a great mechanic, that would be a demerit.

This would be funnier after a few beers by a campfire:

Maybe people think one owner means one person on the title as owner--technically correct....

You guys that are importing trucks from overseas could claim one owner.

One owner in the country. Carfax could back it up.

How about an exmilitary truck. Technically one owner.

Kevin Nealon could do a great used car salesman bit with his Mr. Subliminal character.
